On the eve of Thanksgiving we will center into our Heart Chakra and focus on Gratitude. Becoming fully present in the moment, we acknowledge all the abundance in our lives. Then we open up to the possibilities of the future. A brief guided meditation begins our journey and then we relax as the healing frequencies of the gongs, crystal bowls, and Tibetan bowls bring the body, mind, and spirit back into harmony. The meditation will promptly start at 7:30pm. Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to get settled in. Space is limited to 12 people. Please bring your own yoga mat, blanket, and pillow.
