Full Moon Sound Bath with Sharon Wittmann

Full Moon Sound Bath led by Sharon Wittmann. The full moon is a good time to release that which no longer serves you and embrace new things into your life. We begin with a brief guided meditation and then relax as the healing frequencies of the gongs, crystal bowls, and Tibetan bowls bring the body, mind, and spirit back into harmony. The meditation begins at 7:30. Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to get settled in. Space is limited to 12 people. Please bring your own yoga mat, blanket, and pillow.
